中關(guān)村創(chuàng)客小鎮(zhèn)總體規(guī)劃120萬平方米,，一期已投入運營面積19萬平方米,，二期30萬平米將于2019年下半年開發(fā)建設。一期包含16萬平米2772套精裝全家電的創(chuàng)客人才公寓和3萬平米集中辦公及配套商業(yè),，其中獨立辦公區(qū)5700平米,，集中辦公區(qū)工位698個，商業(yè)服務配套7000平米,。同時,，入孵中關(guān)村創(chuàng)客小鎮(zhèn)的企業(yè)目前已多達674家，創(chuàng)業(yè)導師108位,，匯聚第三方服務機構(gòu)75家,，服務創(chuàng)客人才5000余人，國高新企業(yè)76家,，知識產(chǎn)權(quán)2723項,，年產(chǎn)值20億元。
中關(guān)村創(chuàng)客小鎮(zhèn)在整合國內(nèi)投資資源,、成為國內(nèi)各大高等院校創(chuàng)業(yè)實訓基地授牌的同時也正在積極推動美國,、法國、英國,、以色列,、巴西,、俄羅斯等境外國家的資源合作,。旨在為創(chuàng)客們提供“創(chuàng)業(yè)+生活+社交”360°全資源的共享平臺，讓創(chuàng)客們更專注產(chǎn)品、專注創(chuàng)業(yè)核心,，讓創(chuàng)業(yè)更簡單,，讓生活更美好。

The overall planning of Zhongguancun Chuangke Town is 1.2 million square meters.
